Description:
In support of the new patient portal launch (2012), Gloria helped design supporting print materials, including a posters, instructional fliers, to help patients understand and start using the new system. The patient portal was a key step in GBMC adopting full electronic medical records (EMR) and GBMC’s pathway to ACA compliance.
